Thankful Thursday

Wow, it's Thursday again....already.  So many things here to be thankful for, so let's talk about work.  My 2nd grade class had a great field trip to a nature center and, to top it off, lunch at the university dining facility.  This was like heaven to my students.  So many choices and an ice cream machine, I thought they would never finish eating.  Thankful for students who help each other and practice kindness.  No, they are not perfect, but it happens more often than it did at the beginning of the year.  Finally, my coworkers who are pressing me to keep going.  We keep each other going at crazy times and sometimes that's all you need.

What are you thankful for today?
Shout it out!

  9. Your intro to this post made me smile - sounding so much like a teacher (I taught too in my early years):) My thankfulness is expressed in the watercolor of a house in Tuscany. Love to get to know other cultures up closer, and in that week I did!
